Chief Financial Officer

As the chief financial officer, Robyn is responsible for the corporate finance and accounting functions for the firm.  She provides financial input and data for the operating and strategic decision making activities of the CEO and senior management.  In addition, she is responsible for the preparation and ongoing monitoring of the annual budget and the coordination of annual financial audits.

Robyn brings 18 years of experience in financial management in both corporate and nonprofit organizations.  Prior to joining the firm, Robyn owned her own business, offering accounting, tax and consulting services to diverse range businesses and community-based organizations.  She also developed and implemented financial systems to maximize clients’ resources.

In the nonprofit sector, she served as the fiscal manager for Community Coalition for Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment, and worked as the director of administration for the Southern California Youth and Family Center.  Robyn’s corporate experience includes working as the assistant controller for Preferred Financial Corporation and serving as a small business auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co.

Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Southern California.  She is also licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in the State of California.

During her spare time, Robyn enjoys giving back to the community.  She has previously served as the president and treasurer for the Asian American Drug Abuse Program.  Robyn has also served as an instructor for the Business Assistance Center at the City of Compton and for the Pacific Coast Regional Small Business Development Corporation Entrepreneurial Training Institute.
