As the chief financial officer, Ade Rogers works closely with the president/chief executive officer of LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS to manage the finances of the multimillion-dollar integrated marketing communications corporation. He has a proven background in creating innovative finance and IT solutions that dramatically improve business performance and is responsible for creating financial strategies, developing and monitoring control systems and financial reporting through a unique suite of accounting services designed to frequently and effectively monitor financial performance using an integrated financial system.
Ade is also the president/chief executive officer of Rogers & Associates, CPA, a full service accounting firm, and the owner/president of Payroll Vault, a full service payroll processing firm.
The dedicated, solutions-driven professional has extensive experience in accounting and financial systems consulting. He spent time working with a Big Five accounting firm and several Fortune 500 companies, such as Arthur Anderson, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Nestle USA. His diverse experience in accounting, auditing, tax and financial systems implementation serves as a huge asset for the firm.
Ade is actively involved in the community. He is on the board of the Irwindale Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for the Irwindale Education Foundation, KARE Youth League, LA Speech & Language Therapy Center and The LAGRANT Foundation. In addition, he is a member of the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants, the National Association of Black Accountants, the American Payroll Association, and the California Society of CPAs.
A graduate of the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting and Marshall School of Business, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration.
